To effectively implement the primary responsibility for safety production and enhance the fire safety awareness of all employees, as well as improve the emergency response and evacuation capabilities in case of sudden fires, our company organized an all-staff fire emergency drill on March 17th.As a professional source manufacturer of magnetic components such as High Frequency Transformer, Low-frequency transformer, and Harmonic inductance, the company always prioritizes safety production. Through practical drills, it builds a safety barrier for production and operation.
Before the drill, the safety management department conducted special fire safety training based on the production process characteristics of electronic manufacturing and coil winding, as well as dip coating and drying. The training focused on topics such as electrical fire prevention, control of flammable materials in the workshop, initial fire response, evacuation and self-rescue in a fire scene, and the proper use of fire-fighting equipment. Typical accident cases were used to warn all employees to keep safety in mind.
When the alarm sounded, the drill officially began. In this simulation, a fire broke out in the production workshop due to equipment line failure. The on-site emergency team responded quickly: the alert group defined the dangerous area, the evacuation group guided employees to bend over and cover their noses, and evacuate along the safety passage in an orderly manner; the firefighting team skillfully used dry powder fire extinguishers and fire hoses to quickly suppress the simulated fire point; the rescue team provided initial treatment to the "injured" personnel. Each link was coordinated smoothly, the division of labor was clear, and all employees safely evacuated and completed the count, achieving the expected results.

In the practical operation section, the safety officer demonstrated the standard operation of the fire extinguisher "lifting, pulling, holding, pressing", and the employees practiced one by one. They mastered the skills of fighting initial fires. The company's responsible person emphasized that the production of electronic components involves dense electrical equipment and flammable materials, and must adhere to "prevention first, prevention and elimination combined", ensuring that safety responsibilities are implemented at every process and position.
This drill further improved the company's emergency response process, tested the practicality of the plan, and enhanced the team's collaborative response capabilities. In the future, our company will continue to improve the long-term safety mechanism, regularly conduct safety training and emergency drills, strictly investigate and rectify hidden dangers, and ensure a stable safe production environment to support high-quality development and provide reliable products and reassuring services for customers.
